Printmaking

It all begins with a sketch made into a plan. A unique, hand mixed color pallet is created and as the piece develops, drawings are made, linoleum is carved, and screens are exposed. Multicolored layers are unified by a lively illustrative outline to produce a new print.

Pottery

It starts with some clay and an idea. The clay is formed on a pottery wheel and reformed using hand building techniques. The surface is prepared for transfer, underglaze and inlay decoration. The pieces are then dried and enter their first firing in a bisque kiln. Once sanded and glazed the pieces enter their final firing and are finished.
