Statement
Whether pottery, printed work, or illustrations, my art draws inspiration from my history, my culture and my experiences as a Latina woman of color. In my work I explore themes of representation, nature and mental health. Each step of my making process has great importance which is why every print, pot and illustration is hand-made by me. I use my style across various mediums to tie my work together and to illustrate my identities, memories and thoughts. I believe that every creation I make is a piece of me that gets to venture out into the world and touch the lives of others.
